Holiday Inn - Memphis Downtown - Beale St. By Ihg, Memphis

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely and perfectly located, attached right where we wanted to be. The service, from valet to housekeeping, was excellent, although I wish they had provided some more direction initially. The location is a true gem, just a block away from Beale Street and next to Peabody and AutoZone Park. The dining experience was okay, nothing too fancy but suited our needs. I enjoyed the facilities, especially the convenience of valet parking.

The hotel is just a bit cheaper, not always the case when you add in parking, but the rooms were clean and spacious enough for a few nights. The service was extremely helpful and courteous, although there were instances of unprofessional behavior. The location is excellent, very convenient to explore downtown attractions. The dining options were limited in terms of time and selection, but the buffet covered by a voucher provided some value. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
